Ingredients: Makes enough to cover 20 cm / 8 in cake

100 g/4 oz icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted
25—30 ml orange juice

Finely grated rind of 1 orange

Method:

Place the sugar in a bowl and mix in the orange juice and rind a little at a time until the icing is smooth.
