75 ml/5 tbsp clear honey
45 ml/3 tbsp milk
75 g/3 oz desiccated (shredded) coconut
1 Basic Sponge Tart Case
Method:
Bring all the filling ingredients to the
boil, stirring continuously. Spoon into the tart case (pie shell) and
place under a hot grill (broiler) for a few minutes to brown the top.
